To mark this year's Class Pay Gap Day, we've released new figures on the scale of the challenge and issued a guide for employers on socioeconomic data collection, reporting and taking action to close their Class Pay Gap.

Our campaign to close the Class Pay Gap returned in 2022 with class-horror film STAY DOWN. Featuring an all-star cast, this cinematic short film is helping people without lived experience understand the forces that lead to classism and unequal pay.

Class Polish

Our landmark campaign put the Class Pay Gap on the minds of the public and on the agenda of the UK’s top employers. This is where our journey to buff out workplace classism began.
